Just got 485 approval email for self, wife and son. waiting for daughter's approval.

140 AD: 1/10/05
485 AD: 1/18/05
FP:11/6/04
TSC/EB3/PD:SEP 12, 2001

I wish to thank all of you for sharing your experiences and wishing all those waiting for an early approval.

After I140 approval on 1/10 and before I1485 AD on 1/18 was there any LUD change for 1485 in between.

The reason i am asking is my I140 got approved on 1/14 and no I1485 LUD change yet. I did my FP on 11/04 and my wife yet to get any FP notice. I hope atleast they approve my GC and send her FP notice.
 
There was no LUD on my 485 till today after the RD:12/31/03
Not even after my FP

If your FP is over, they can approve yours as I know a friend who got his GC but his family did FP later and are still waiting for approval.
 
looks like they are approving 485 cases which have priority date around august-september 2001 for EB3...
this is just my guess after observing a few cases....
 
Thanks for the update. My FP is done and current LUD says "FP received processing resumed blah blah blah"....

Let me pray god that i get GC before they start implementing new memo....
