ND 3/12/2002

FP1 5/23/2000
FP2 12/14/2003
FP3 Notice Rcd, but not taken.

Thanks for your response. Can you give me an approx timeline from the time you first contacted the Senator, to the time you were approved? Just want to know the time period since I too have initiated an inquiry through Sen. Rick Santorum's office. USCIS has said that the FP and name/DoB check is complete and that an officer will soon be assigned to our case, and have told us to expect to hear from them in approx 60 days (from 2/24/04).

Approved Date: 3/22/2004.
