GC Approved today as per online status

RFE Response recieved by BCIS: 12/16/2003

AD : 1/14/2004 (as per online and IIOP status).

Note: My wife's case has not been approved yet since she didn't submit the medicals initially. Hopefully they will ask for those now.
But there is no change on her online message status.

Yes i have already updated rupnet.

And also to answer the other question, we both applied at the same time and mailed the applications in the same pack.

Since you had 2nd FP before completing 15 months, I have a question. After the 1st FP did you ever check with FBI or INS what is your FP status, whether they are clear or did INS ever recieve your 1st FP results....???
If waiting for GC is a burden on your shoulders, you still have a lot of weight on your left shoulder....Good luck

My LIN# for 485 is before yours; looks like you didn't file 140 & 485 concurrently.

Any idea when we'll rcv 2nd FP notice??. And how long it took for ur 2nd EAD to get approved.

I never checked with either INS or FBI regarding my FP.
INS also never updated my case status either after 1st FP, or 2nd FP.
But i guess lot of people recieved notification for 2nd FP with in one year..
