Hi all,

At last I got to see "this case is approved" status online today.

Well my case was approved on 03/20 and status got changed today ( i.e. after my lawyer actually receiving the approval in mail )


Anyway its approved and that's what matters.

Case history is

EB2-NJ.

RD Oct 26
ND Dec 03
RFE Feb 21 2003
RFE March 10 2003 ( Replied and Received/online status changed )

AD March 20 2003

RFE Details

Hi all,

RFE was a for Doctors signatures.

I had done my Medical in Edison,NJ and this doctor had given us photocopied forms to fill in.

After the medical was complete she probably signed it with a black ball point pen and sealed the forms in the envelope. Her signature felt like a photocopied one the form ( I got to see this when I received them back )

RFE was to get the orginal signatures of the Doctor.

When I went to her with the forms sent to me by INS she knew exactly what had happened and signed them again with Blue pen and again sealed them in a envelope.

I mailed them and within 10 days our cases were approved.

Suggestion : All those doing medical ask doctors to use blue ink to sign to avoid this kinda of situation.

There were more than one in this doctor's office for the similar problem.. Hope those other people have got their approvals too since their RFE's were exactly like mine.
