GC Approved!!! Got the Email Today

I got the email from USCIS for myself and my wife saying that the "Card Production Ordered". I called USCIS and they said that the we will be receiving the card in a week or two.

I had taken InfoPass appointment two weeks back. At that time, they said my case was stuck in Name Check. So probably it got cleared sometime last week.

Congrats!! Did you file originally at NSC? or Transferred from CSC?

Congrats on successful approval !!!

Did you do anything extra for Name Check to get cleared ? Did you get a FP notice after NC got cleared ? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I am not sure when my name check got cleared. I had my last finger printing done approximately 2 months back.

Couple of weeks back, USCIS told me that name check and security check is still pending and they did not have more information from FBI.

I am not sure how all the process works. It is possible that the name check got cleared and then they called for FP.
 
And BTW, I did not do have to do anything for getting the name check or security check to get cleared. It was all automatic. Thank God!

Yes. It was a long bumpy ride for us. But I am so happy we are over with this.

Congratulations!!

It is good to see your approval. My PD and RD is around the same time as yours and i am from Seattle too.. Hope i will get mine soon
