GC approved from California/San Jose local office - where to apply I824 ??

Hi Gurus,

SOmebody can help me in the FTJ applciation filing center.

Here are my details:
My I 485 is filed in VSC (Vermont service center.)
My GC is approved from San Jose local office.(It is under CSC - California service center)
Actually i got the green card (the actual physical card) from CSC -California service center, not from Vermont service center, where my I485 is filed.

Now i am planning to apply for FTJ case for my wife.
Can you pls guide me, which center i should file I 824 application.

Is it San Jose Local office(Where I 485 interview is done and approved)?
Or
Is it California service center(From where i got the physical card)?
Or
Is it Vermont service center (where i actually filed my I 485)

Ofcourse i am eligibnle for I 824, as our marriage date is before my GC approval. I already applied I 824 to San Jose local office, but they replied that I 824 is not processed in their office.

Can somebody shed some light please.....
I will be very greatful for your kind help.

From what I understand, the DO of this case is to be the DO that has jurisdiction of where you are currently residing. Assuming your wife has no GC and want to apply for family-based immigration, you got to send the package to the Chicago lockbox; that's where all family-based cases go at first, then they will send the application to your local DO - in your case, San Jose. CSC and VSC has nothing to do with this case.
