I had my 2ndFP after i returned from india with my wife in sep.
no RFE.

Very important questions. My wife's AOS was filed recently. Haven't received her receipts yet. what will be her status?

have BCIS cashed your check?

If you haven't got the receipt for your wife, you can get the wac# from the check they casehd and she'll be in AOS pending status.
 
did u file

before your approval and did they encash checks. and btw where is she her eor back home?
