Dear Gurus, I have verified in the INS online check for my 485 adjustment of status. It informed three days back that, my 485 is approved. But I haven't received the mail still. My Marriage is next month(Nov). Can I eligble to include her in the "follow to join benefits" by going now itself to India with the advanced parole and do the register marriage before I to do the stamping in my Passport(I551).
When I read the INS website about the follow to join eligibility, it says that if marriage before the person would become permanent resident. Since I haven't stamped, Does this mean, I not yet become LPR.
Follow to join case, how long will it take? What are the documents I would need from India(except marriage certificate)?
