I recieved card on July 23rd and on friday 7/27/2007 i recieved response for SR i created on June 16th dated July 17th that my background processing is pending and that's why they are not able to make decision on my case.

Also it said that they will make every effort to make decision within 6 months,if i don't recieve any decision in 6 months call customer service.
 
as we've seen

yet another instance where you're told something is pending and you get approved. Hope for those who hear "pending..." messages from IOs
