Hi

my Gc is appoved on 9/19/03. I checked on line message and it gives me there is no record and check the receipt number mesaage. Then I checked through phone. The AVM has message saying it ai approved on 9/19/03. Mine is Ac21 case. My job title is diffrent that LC title. Salary is less that LC(30%). My new lawyer has sent ac21 letter in first week of sept. I think it triggers the approval.

did you do an address change with the service center before the approval.

I changed the address by phone. Also my lawyer sent the address change along with ac21 letter and G28.

congrats. Do you have a copy of your actual LC application(filed by your previous employer) ? How do you know what your previous company mentioned about your job title and job description ?

Hi

I am working on second EAD from 6/5/03. I changed company in march 03. New company lawyer sent AC21 letter. I got my LC application part A from original company which indicates Job title and job description. Alsoi after filing 485, company provided me with all the documents they have given to INS. in that letter they mentined the job title, job description and salary.

Also i got fax copy from DOL by using phone.
