Guys, I needs some help please.
My 6th year of H1b will start in Sept. I am working with a consulting company and have EB2 RIR application with PD Oct04 in Dallas BEC. Besides I have also applied in PERM EB2 Chicago center on 07/20 and it is "in process".
My current project can end anytime.
I have a permanant job offer of some other company.
Should I leave my current company where my LC is pending OR should I join the new company and start fresh LC in Perm. I will be already in 6th year of H1b by the time I apply for the new LC with the new company. In that case will I be eligible for 7th year H1b extension?
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
