I have applied for GC Counselor processing for sisters (F41 visa). Priority date Sept 26, 2013. Interview location: Mumbai. NVC transferred the case and waiting on the visa. I have checked the status on the CAEC website, and see a message that we need to wait since the visa is not available. Do I have to pay the fee and upload documents first before a vis is made available? Anyone in this situation, can you help me understand if I am waiting for this step not knowing that I have to upload documents? Can you please help direct me to any documentation here on the forums that have posted their experience?
