I am getting married to US citizen in the end of october after which she will change her name and her location to my state and then we will do an AOS for me. my current 3 year h1 expires sept 2012 so i will probably need to file an extension. i also have a perm process going on with my work place (yes talk about overkill). is there a problem if eb + marriage based interfile + h1 extension are all happening at the same time?
