I have had my GC filed, present under federal labour for my present company and 7th year H1B extension also been filed. There is one more company which also filled GC and H1B a year back . Can i file 7th year extension with the second company for the approved H1B even through i am not under their payroll. Any information will be helpful and thanks for your time.
