I'm working for company A. Company A is processing my GC. The state labor cert ( application 11/01/2001 VA state ) is done and it is send to Philly DOL on 2/303.

If I change company and go to company B can company B continue my GC from where it is? Or does company B need to start a fresh application?
 
Company B has to start all over again...Only case Company B can continue the process is if you are past 6 month of I-485 stage & use the portability..
