My mother is in the US on a tourist visa, I am a US citizen and wish to keep her permanently here, she does
not have a birth certificate, but we have a non availability certificate from a govt. agency stating her birth was not
registered.
Now, we want to apply for I-485 (AOS), someone please educate me in detail about the process and how to go about it, are there any additional documents we need to furnish due to the non availability of my mother's birth certificate?
