Gave birth outside USA? Lpr/gc holder

I'm LPR gave birth in the philippines?

Can I bring my baby back to USA?
Do I have to bring any documents?
Do I need to get transportation letter?


Please help asap. Thanks

Yes you can bring your baby back to the US on your first trip after the birth and within 24 months of the birth.
You may ask the Embassy if you need a transportation letter but in some cases I've heard the mother entered with the baby ONLY with birth certificate.
