Garden City Yesterday = Disaster

Last year, we had an interview. However, our application was denied because the lawyer failed to inform us that we needed to file income tax reports. Now, my parents do not speak english well. That is a problem, they have difficulty in communication, and somehow thought that they were not required to pay for income taxes. So this was our second interview and our application is about to be denied because we fell $1000 short from 125% from the 4 person household poverty line. My parents didn't know about the poverty line for the income tax report and we fell short. The immigration lady told us that we now need to find a sponsor. She gave us three days, and so we are searching for one. However, I am disconfident that my parents will be able to find anybody to sponsor them. And ask for advice and some help from this forum. I have read the I-130. I-485, I-864(P)(A). And sort of understand the process of receiving the greencard.

Now here's the situation:
The immigration lady said, I will approve your petition, and stamped the document and my passport. I believe she approved the I-130. Now, I want to be independant from my parents. Because, they are abusive, and seek every moment to take advantage of my labor and money. They use me, and they have used all my money. ( I paid for 3 years of their income tax, I bought them a car, I paid for their credit card debts, etc ) This money was from my blood mother's death insurance policy that I claimed. Now that I have no more money left, they ill treat me. There is no way I can get the money back for I was over 18 when I spent this. Either way I will condone the $60,000 and the 60hours/week work overload for 3 years. and the amount of meals my step mother decides to skip me. and the numerous accusations of me using drugs and drug testing me continuously and harrassing me endlessly.

So I want to break away from my family, and somehow get my greencard myself without relying on my parents. All I have is the I-130 approved. And here are some questions:
1) What is the I-130?
2) Is there anything I can do with only the I-130 approved?
[edit:] 3) Is it possible that I join the US ARMY? I would like to know if the ARMY is an alternative.

Any kind of information will be helpful to me. Thank you very much for taking your time to read my post.

[edit2:] Actually, even though their income tax report fell short, they own a house with the mortgage paid in full in my step mother ( the petitioner's ) name. Upon reviewing the I-864, I found something strange. I feel that the immigration lady was intentionally denying our qualified application.

According to I-864 (page2)
If your total household income is equal to or higher than the
minimum income requirement for your household size, you do
not need to provide information on your assets, and you may
not have a joint sponsor unless you are requested to do so by a
Consular or Immigration Officer. If your total household income
does not meet the minimum income requirement, the intending
immigrant will be ineligible for an immigrant visa or adjustment of
status, unless:
You provide evidence of assets that meet the
requirements outlined under ''Evidence of Assets''
below; and/or...

Evidence of Assets I-864 (page3)
Evidence of ownership and value of any real estate,
and date(s) acquired.

And we did. We provided evidence of deeds. and evidence that the house was paid in full.
The house value is at least with confidence $500,000. It is actually $600,000.

Yet, I don't understand why the lady told us we need to find a sponsor. Because, $500,000 is well over 5 times above 125% of a 4 person household poverty line.

So comes question #4) Is my father and my application being wrongly processed?
