Gap in EAD - response requested.

Hi Guys,
My wife did not apply for an EAD card after the first one expired. We took about 4-5 months to apply for a second one. She never worked anytime. Do you guys see any problem with this.

Not at all!

I have had gaps in my EADs, as long as she wasnt working during the gaps, and she wasnt as you said, you are fine.

If your wife did not work between the expiry date of her first EAD and the starting date of her second EAD, you guys are alright.
