Hi, My husband is on an H1B visa but he just quitted his job a few days ago. I\'m on an H1B so we\'re processing his H4 through my employer. My concern is that by the time he left his company they sent a notice to the INS. My company is about to file his petition for an H4. Is there a problem with this gap between the time he left his job and the new filing for the H4? Please let me know.
