Gap between 7/8/9 and 4/5/6 application processing?

I am wondering if VSC would move onto 7/8/9 immediately or would it stop processing and do a backlog check to confirm all 4/5/6 applicants have been approved?

I believe VSC will continues processing 7/8/9 after 4/5/6/ cases finished.

The problem is even when VSC is processing 7/8/9 cases, a lot of RFE cases will come up.
However, some VSC officers maybe will check if there are any pior-July cases are still pending... Who knows?
