I hope somebody could help me on this one.
i currently have a I 20 from Kaplan which expires on April 8th. I am planning to take a new I 20 from a 2nd institute but the course in that institute starts on May 27th. I am applying for my H1 this year and want to know will I be out of status in the period between April 8th and May 27?
The last thing I want is to have a problem with my H1 so needed to know if I should get a new I 20 between the period of april 8th and may 27th to be on the safer side?
