Reminder when submitting G-325A with forms I-130 & I-485
both forms require submission of G-325A biographical info form
in Quadruplet for USC and seperate G325A in quadruplet for immigrant relative. 4 each !
Some people misunderstand how to submit th G325A & only end up sending 1 page /copy.
G-325A, Biographic Information, is a fillable form from the USCIS web page
open the form and fill in it from your pc, when you go to print it, it will print the same form 4 times.
Each copy has a seperate destination location. all 4 are required.
