g325 or g325a

I am an out of status wife and my husband and I are filling in our forms...

Can anyone tell me which of the G325 forms we each need... I looked on the USCIS site but it didn't tell me much...

I am thinking I need to do G325 and my husband needs to do G325A .... sound right?
