G325, and gap of a month

Friends,

When I first landed here in US, I started the job after 3 weeks. so I landed here in Aug but in G325 I have written employment since Sep.
Will this gap be a problem?

Shouldn\'t be a problem

There was no violation of the benching rules as long as you were an employee within 30 days of US entry.
