I had applied for I140,I485 and I765.
In my I140 i have got a query " Please submit additional evidence of ability to pay, as the original evidence submitted for 2002 did not show the petitioner's ability to pay for the preffered wages. Please submit the corporate tax returns for 2003 and 2004 as well as the beneficary's W-2's for 2002 through 2004."
Once i got this i started to go over my G325A form and found that i had a wrong info on it. Insted of 2003 i had 2002 on my employeer info.
I.e i worked at company 'A ' until 01 2003 and at company 'B' from 03 - present - insted i had 02 on both places. Can this be corrected as my labor has been cleared. Or what can be done.
