G-731 to inquire about the GC status

To change the address and to inquire about the status of my card, I filled out G-731 form from the INS website.
I included all of the information about my case inlcuding a copy of the approval notice.
But I haven't heard anything back.
I never sent my old address with my inquiries. Do you think this might be an issue?
Has anyone ever filed G-731?
 
How long after the approval you waited before filing G-731.
The form says mail no earlier than 90 days after the approval.
Anybody did it earlier and got any response.
