G-325a Question

who need to fill out g-325 form?

I am applying for Green Card for my wife who is in US on F-1

I thought only my wife needs to fill g-325 out but on form I-130 it asked both of us to fill one out.. please help... do i need to send one out too with my information along with I-130

Also,

if i (the sponser) need to fill 325;
it asked to list "Applicant's residence last five years"

do I need to put my addresses or my wife? do should i leave it blank on my 325?

ok i fugured out that we need to fill out two 325.. but the address question still stands

3 sets of G-325 print out ( each set has 4 pages, all contains same information)

1st set filled by you, 2nd set filled by your spouse attach both these forms with your I-130.

3rd set filled by the applicant i.e the one who is getting his/her status adjusted and attach with I-485

yes you need ALL 4 pages of G325A.

If you use Adobe to fill it out, it will fill the last 3 automatically, just enter all info once(i.e the first page). But Don't forget to SIGN ALL 4 pages though.

In your G-325, you need to put your last 5 years address information. Your wife has to do the same in her G-325
