I am filling out G-325A as part of my green card application through my spouse who is a USC. In the past I was on H1b with a consultant but I never got paid by the company. Although I was technically employed, I never had any projects or got paid for about 4 months. How should I list this on G-325A? I want to be honest but not sure of this counts as employment or not. Thanks.
