G-325a question

the AOS applicant has to fill out G-325A

Per the instructions of I-485, the applicant has to fill out G-325A. There is no mention that the sponsor fills it out as well. The sponsor fills I-130 as petitioner and I-130 does not require G-325A.

Please double check.

Assuming the OP is married and filing for a spouse, Forms I-130 and I-485 then according to the Instructions for Form I-130, Page 2

"What Documents do you need to prove a family relationship?
You have to prove that there is a family relationship between you and your relative. If you are filing for:
1. A. A husband or wife, submit the following documentation:

D. A completed and signed Form G-325A, Biographic Information, for you and a Form G-325A for your husband or wife."

You responded with such "authority". I checked. I suggest you read up on the Instructions

I also have a question regarding this form. The USC completes all the form, but at the bottom, where it says applicant, should the USC fill the alien's information or the USC's?

Thanks

You are correct asPaPi.

I-130 does require G-325A for the petitioner as well as the beneficiary in spouse case ONLY.

so it surely depends on the situation.
