G-325a biographic information form.......

I have a question on the G-325A Biographic Information form. I'm filling out my wifes I-130 form (for her Green Card). I'm a US Citizen (Naturalized) and have been living in the US for the past 7 years. The form asks:

"Applicants last address outside the United States of more than 1 year". Is this question relevant to me as it is not within the last 5 years?

Can someone please shed some light on what to fill in there as I'm going to go it alone in the quest to get my wife a green card.

Yes that is relevant to you and should be answered accordingly, you fill one G-325a for yourself and one fr your wife.

I don't need to fill a G-325a for my daughter do I? She's 9 months old? Also, Do I sign one and my wife the other - or do I sign them both as she's not in the country?

Also, when I send the check for the I-130, can I send a personal check or does it have to be made out by a bank?

No, its not required, you can send a personal check for the fee.

I am filing GC for my mom in usa. Do i need to fill G 325 for me too? or only for my Mom?
