G-325A (Biographic info) question..

I am filing G-325A for my wife along with I-485... she is on F1 and a graduate assistant (she recieves stipend)... so my question is related to the section in G-325A where it asks for employement history ...

1. Does her university name qualifies as employer...as she is only a student there..not employed by them..but do recieve graduate assistantship...

graduate assistanship (teaching or research) is an employment, the university is emloyer, and your wife is employee
