G-325 querry

In the G-325 form for biographic information, there is a column of address of residence of last 5yrs, is it required to submit proof for this? because I worked in two different countries before coming to the US

pl give me information

As far as i know, there is no need of address evidence for last 5 years of residence atleast during initial filing of G-325 along with I-485 application. However, you may need it if INS asks you in future specifically. I'm hoping they may not ask for residence proof unless you've lived in those countries which are under USA terror watchlist.
