G-325 instead of G-325A

Hello,

I have wrongly sent form G-325 instead of G-325A with my initial application. last week they sent me an RFI requesting medical, however they didn't request the G-325A form,should I send it with the medical or I shouldn't send something they didn't request?

if they don't say u sent the wrong form and we need g325-A, then no ned to worry, just do what's next
