Hi,
We recently filed the I-485 for my 1 year old son, but when I signed the forms I only signed I-485 and G-28. Our forms reached NSC on July 9th.
Today while checking the form, I found that G-325 is needed, but when checked with my lawyer she said that G-325A is not needed for minors *below 14 years*..
Although I fully believe them, but just wanted to check with the forum.
Please let me know if G-325 form is needed for minors.
