G-28 forms - are they neccessary ?

Is it neccessary to send G-28 forms ( Notice of Appearance of Attorney) along with other forms when applying for I140 / 485 ?
It says you allow us to represent you in filing your adjustment.

My attorney is asking me to sign these forms . Has everyone over here signed them ?
 
did you submit medicals?

did you submit medical report when filing 140 and 485????

my attorney says that can be filed later when INS asks for that. i am worried that the file will be returned for incompletion.
anybody know about this.

You will receive an RFE if you are not going to submit your medical details along with 485. To avoid RFE and to not waste couple of months it is good to submit along 485
