G-28 form

I was wondering who signs the G-28 form for an Eb1-OR application.

Since i am the beneficiary of the EB1 OR and not the petitioner, i am unsure if my lawyer did the right thing. He asked me to sign it while ticking beneficiary box in one of the questions.

I hope this is okay? any thoughts?
