Currently I am working using AC-21 portability and I am pretty sure my ex-employer will revoke my approved I-140 Can I send myself the form G-28 so that I will get the NOID letter when my ex-employer revokes the I-140.
My ex-employer did not have any attorney, one of the staff member was doing the work.So if USCIS issues a NOID, that staff member will get it and he will not inform me. I did not have any lawyer now and Can I represent my case in USCIS with out an Attorney or a representative? Can I send the form G-28 for myself?
Thanks in advance,
smv
