G-28 Form Question

Hi All,

I am trying to fill G-28 form.

Is it necessary to fill two G-28 forms, one for primary applicant and one for beneficiary.

Am I right in assuming that I should check "applicant" box for primary applicant and "beneficiary" box for beneficiary?

The only reason to complete a G-28 is so that an attorney, or another representative, can represent you in the case. It the attorney can't help you complete the G-28 . . .

Well, that certainly isn't a good sign.
