I am a USC and will be filing for parent who is here in the US. If I send all the paperwork in myself and later they request an interview with my parent can I get a lawyer and do the the G-28?
And for what I read, it appears that they reguarly approve I-485, I130 packages with out an interview with the parent. Just wondering if anyone had any other insights.
