If anyone is submitting applications to the lock boxes in Chicago, Phoenix, or Lewisville, TX and would like to receive notification by email or text message that the application has been accepted by the lock box then they should include G-1145 on top of their application. G-1145 only ask for the applicant/petitioner name, email address and/or cell phone number for text messages. The email includes the receipt number for the form. If you submit more then one form (like I-130 and I-485) at the same time then you will get more then one email.
