yes, confirmed it is closed. you can use the automated AVM, but when you want to talk to IIO, it says there is an emergency and it is closed.

Spoke to IIO round 8:10, she said that their system is down. Does not know when they will be up.

So, has VSC closed down because of computer system being down, or is there some other problem?

I think the AVM needs a computer system to respond, and that is what the IIO also use. So, if the AVM works, how come the computer system is down ....?

Any news on the VSC closure front?
