Applied for transit visa via mail on 1st Nov to the consulate in Buffalo. Documents send
Passports
AP copy
Tickets copy
2 Photos
Visitor Visa application form ( check mark transit visa )
Self addressed priority mail envelope.

Got it back today by mail with visa showing 2 entries allowed ( one onward and one return). Fees charged NIL.

Do you know if a visitor visa can also be used to Transit through Canada? The rules don't seem very clear on this.
