Hello,

INS has messed up my name on my Advance Parole approval. Is there is any procedure to correct this.

I have noticed that my I-485 filing notice has also my name spelt wrong. Are there any procedures to correct this.

485 spelling wrong..Dude what was ur lawyer doing ..Catch him and straight things out.
