Spoke to IIO this morning after over a month. Last time I was told that they were waiting for a "match" to I-140. (I-140 has been in Chennai since Jul 2000).

Today, I was told that my case has been sent to an examiner yesterday. No idea as to how long it might take - he said "can\'t tell how many cases he looks at in an hour!" Well, at least some delta-positive movement.
 
I spoke to IIO today too

I was able to get the line in my second try and within 5 mins I was able to speak to an IIO. She said that they got my reply for RFE and it is with an officer now. When I asked how long will it take, she said that she would be a millionaire if she can predict that.

Wonder how long these officers take to approve a case and how many cases these people have in their desk at one point of time!
