FYI ..MY Spouses EAD is approved in 35 days...

Yesterday my EAD-3 got approved in 15 days. They received application on 11/22 and was approved on 12/7.
With all the retrogressions, I think they do not have any work these days.
 
I filed my EAD3 and AP3 on 10/22 and they were not approved yet. But they both had LUD on 11/30 and 12/1. Maybe they are waiting for decision on my I-485. All security checks had been cleared on my I-485 and it's just waiting for someone to work on it.
 
All you approved guys... Was it online application or Paper based?.

We filed paper based (not efiling) on 11/17 for wife and me ..today ( 12/7 ) we got mails that they have been approved...eventhough we lost three months ( our current one expires in FEB 28th)...we are happy that we have EADs to work without a break......

I also lost three months, mine was valid till 03/06/06. But it is not worth taking risk. Think like this. You are spending ($180 + driving license + postage+ efforts) for every 9 months, not one year.
It is not bad for the bonded labor like us!!!!!!!!!!!!

What documents are needed for Paper EAD Renewal?

Do they accept personal checks?

Two latest paystubs copy
