On July 1st I went to Oakland for my 2nd FP. My wife (primary applicant) had 07/01 as her 2nd FP date while I had 07/16 as the appointment date. We went in early and got my FP also done without any problems at all. In and out in about 30 minutes.
The online status message changed to "On July 3, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received........"
Things seem to be moving ever so slowly but there is some hope still.
