Few questions regarding new H1 visa timelines for next fiscal year:
1) Is this true that new H1 visa for work staring Oct 1, 05 can actually be filed from April 1, 05.
2) If above is correct, can one apply for H1 stamping immediately at the consulate or needs to wait till Oct 1, 05.
3) If the person has existing B1/B2 valid visa, does it gets void after the H1 stamping?
4) If for any reason H1 stamping is not successful, is B1/B2 still valid?
