Hello,

I read this from www.immigration-law.com. Please read under heading
"How H-1B Dependent Employers Are Affected by the Upcoming H-1B Law Change?"

They have mentioned "The new law will practically push the H-1B system to require a master's degree as the threshold in practical sense."

Is it true? Are we all screwed? Or I am reading it in the wrong sense?

Thanks,

Don't worry man nothing changed with the new law, it only require "No U.S. Worker Displacement Attestation" from the employer. It means that they are not firing an US Citizen to hire you. This provision was there long back, they just bringing it back. Nothing to worry about.

Thanks for your reply DC_DJ. Did you read the full text in immigration-law? What is the fuss about Masters requirement?
