Hi , I am working for company A who is holding my H1B1 , A company B is ready to do my future GC. I want to know at what stage I should transfer my H1B1 from company A to company B.At what stage it is mandatory to shift jobs to the company doing future GC ?. and At what stage it is advisable to do it for getting I-140/485 approved. ?

Is it after
a> Getting labour cleared thru company B
b> Filing 485/I40/765
c> Getting I 140 cleared
d> Getting 485 cleared
e> getting Interim EAD card.

Any inputs appreciated.
